Dr. Cynthia Campbell is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland and is an alumna of Oxon Hill High School’s Science and Technology Program. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. While at UVA, she was fortunate to spend a semester studying abroad with the School for International Training in Toulouse, France
and is proficient in speaking French.

Dr. Campbell attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there she worked as a Peer Adviser and Tutor for the Medical Education Development Program. She also served as Co-President of the Student National Medical Association. After graduating from medical school, she completed her Pediatric residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been practicing in Maryland for over 15 years.

Dr. Campbell has a special interest in the care of newborns and premature infants. She is also passionate about patient education. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. She enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to music, dancing/Zumba, game nights, and traveling.
