LaCresha has played a vital role TLC Pediatrics since June 2009. LaCresha has assumed a pivotal and intricate role in the inception and evolution of TLC Pediatrics, showcasing her indispensable contributions to its establishment and development. She obtained her certification in Medical Billing from Prince George's Community College, showcasing expertise in insurance and medical benefits. She now serves as TLC's Office Manager and Director of TLC's Billing Services. LaCresha welcomes questions about TLC's policies and benefits.

In her leadership role, LaCresha oversees TLC Pediatrics' mission, business plan, recruitment, employee development, and performance evaluation. She manages financial affairs, billing processes, and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies. LaCresha actively promotes community education through health fairs and events, managing marketing activities and relationships with third-party payers for the practice.

Aside from her administrative role, LaCresha is experienced in child development. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, decorating, and spending time with her family and friends. With an entrepreneurial spirit and health care administration knowledge, she was instrumental in helping to established a primary care medical home for infants, children, and adolescents, utilizing advanced technology to enhance community access to quality care and reduce health care costs.
