Charnise Littles

Charnise Littles is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), birth doula, and maternal-child health advocate with over 10 years of experience supporting families throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. A Prince George’s County native, she is passionate about providing compassionate, culturally competent, and judgment-free care to families during their feeding and parenting journey.
She studied health science, health education, and public health at Howard University and George Washington University and is the founder of Birth & Milk Co., where she provides lactation and birth support services throughout the community. Her experience includes partnering with hospitals, pediatric offices, and public health organizations to support and educate families.
